Missy DeMille is an award-winning real estate professional with a career spanning over three decades and multiple states. Licensed as a broker associate in Florida, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, she works out of both the Vanderbilt office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Florida as well as Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty in Lexington, Massachusetts where she is the principal broker of The DeMille Group. As a hybrid real estate advisor, Missy frequently flies back and forth from Florida to New England to cover all three states flawlessly. Additionally, Missy has referral partners in the Greater Atlanta and Northern Georgia areas.

​By providing every buyer and seller with genuine, old-fashioned customer service and customized marketing strategies, Missy has built a highly successful real estate business rooted in lasting relationships, referrals, and trusted partnerships. She makes it a priority to always be available for her customers and clients and takes great pride in her ability to exceed all expectations while ensuring that the buying or selling process is seamless. In addition to being a results-driven top producer, Missy is also a certified career development specialist and has trained hundreds of new and experienced real estate professionals with a curriculum she personally wrote. Mentoring new associates is a passion of hers, and she has been a guest lecturer at many events over the past 20 years, coaching other real estate advisors how to succeed and thrive in their own business. Smartmoves Academy is the joint venture with the DeMille Group to bring extraordinary services to clients and unparalleled learning for new and experienced agents alike.

​Originally from Lexington, MA, Missy spends equal time between New Hampshire and Naples, FL currently. She is the adoring mother of two daughters, one of whom is a college student in New Hampshire and the other a resident of Nantucket. Missy enjoys traveling whenever she can, especially with her daughters if the opportunity presents itself. She’s also a published author, having written Mike the Lineman children’s book series with a partner. She is passionate about motivating other people to explore their gifts and talents. Building and exploring new opportunities to help others grow and thrive is the cornerstone of all Missy does.
